Where permitted by Applicable Law, Kiddicare Canada may rely on implied Consent arising from an existing business relationship or other circumstances recognized under CASL.
Withdrawal of Consent
An individual may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in a communication, following opt-out instructions in SMS or WhatsApp messages, or contacting Kiddicare Canada directly. Withdrawal of Consent shall not affect communications required for legal, regulatory, compliance, security, administrative, or customer-service purposes.
9. Email Marketing
Where Consent has been obtained or another lawful basis exists under Applicable Law, Kiddicare Canada may send emails relating to promotions, new products, product education, parenting resources, newsletters, surveys, events, and brand updates.
All marketing emails will include an unsubscribe mechanism that complies with Applicable Law.
10. SMS and WhatsApp Communications

12. Meta Lead Ads and Social Media Lead Forms
Kiddicare Canada may collect Personal Information through Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Ads, Meta advertising platforms, TikTok Lead Generation Ads, Google Lead Forms, and other social media platforms.
Information collected may include name, email address, mobile phone number, province of residence, product interests, and marketing preferences.
Personal Information collected through these platforms is subject both to this Privacy Policy and to the privacy policies and terms of the applicable platform provider.
13. Contests, Giveaways and Promotions
Kiddicare Canada may conduct contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, product sampling programs, loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and other promotional activities.

By attending, participating in, registering for, or otherwise engaging with an Event where notice of photography, filming, recording, or content capture has been provided, attendees acknowledge and agree that their image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and other identifying characteristics may be captured, recorded, reproduced, published, displayed, distributed, transmitted, edited, modified, or otherwise used by Kiddicare Canada and its authorized representatives.
Such content may be used for lawful business purposes including, without limitation:
