KIDDICARE ARRIVES IN CANADA CONTEST
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES (the “Rules”)

SPONSOR AND CONTEST PERIOD:
The Kiddicare Arrives in Canada Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Zeta Group Ltd (the “Sponsor”).
The Contest begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 17, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). -
ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who: (a) have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry; and (b) have both (i) internet access (which can be accessed for free at certain public facilities, for example, public libraries); and (ii) an Instagram account (“Instagram Account”) (which can be obtained for free by visiting www.instagram.com and following the on-screen instructions to register for a free Instagram Account); except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, dealers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”). By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules. -
HOW TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
During the Contest Period, the Sponsor will post a Contest-related post (the “Contest Post”) on the official
Kiddicare Instagram page (@kiddicare_global) inviting entrants to post a photo of themselves in front of the Kiddicare display in select Dominion, Loblaws, No Frills, Real Atlantic Superstore, Real Canadian Superstore, Valu-mart, Your Independent Grocer and Zehrs stores across Canada.
To enter, during the Contest Period:
1. Visit any Kiddicare display at a select Dominion, Loblaws, No Frills, Real Atlantic Superstore, Real Canadian Superstore, Valu-mart, Your Independent Grocer or Zehrs store locations in Canada (a “Qualifying Location*”), and take a photo of yourself in front of the Kiddicare display at that location.
2. On your Instagram Account: (i) post the photo to Instagram or Instagram stories, together with the hashtag #KiddicareGiveaway” (the “Contest Hashtag”); and (ii) follow and tag @kiddicare_global.
Each entrant may post a maximum of one (1) original photo as a post or story each day for the duration of the Contest Period. Each new, original photo posted during the Contest Period and complying with these Rules will be designated as that entrant’s qualifying Contest entry and will qualify to receive one (1) entry into the Contest (each, a “Contest Entry”, “Entry” or “entry”)).
To qualify for entry in the Contest, the Contest photo must be a new, unique photo, must be the original work of the entrant and must otherwise comply with these Rules. The following further conditions apply to each Contest photo: (i) the Contest photo must comply with Instagram’s posting requirements (including without limitation that the entrant must not inaccurately tag content (for example, do not tag yourself in a photo if you aren’t in the photo)); (ii) must comply with the submission requirements set out below in these Rules; and (iii) must not contain any language communicating messages inconsistent with the positive images with
which Sponsor wishes to associate (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).
Only Accounts associated with an individual may be used for entry in this Contest; entries received from an Account associated with any organization, company, corporation, partnership or other entity will be void.
Contest photos must be posted and received and identifiable by and viewable to Sponsor during the Contest Period and at the time of winner selection and prize award for this Contest to be eligible. Sponsor, at its sole and absolute discretion, may accept or disqualify a Contest photo that does not comply with these Rules. Contest photos that are not both actually visible and timely “received” by Sponsor in accordance with these Rules will not be entered into the Contest. For purposes of this Contest, Entries are “received” when Instagram records your Contest photo and it is visible to Sponsor.
IMPORTANT: It is each participant’s sole responsibility to timely check his/her/their account for any direct messages, direct posts, or @Replies (as applicable) from Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to Instagram (or any website or mobile application offered as part of such platform) or its functionality that may interfere with the Contest or the ability of a participant to timely enter or otherwise participate at all.
Mail-in Entry: Eligible entrants may enter this contest during the Contest Period (to a maximum limit of one (1) entry per day for the duration of the Contest Period) without posting a photo to Instagram by: (i) hand-printing their full name, email address and daytime phone number and a unique handwritten sentence of twenty-five (10) words or more about what the eligible entrant loves about babies, on a plain piece of paper (the “Mail-in Entry”); and (ii) mailing it in a sealed, stamped and hand printed #10 envelope (only one Mail-in Entry per outer envelope), bearing sufficient postage, to: Kiddicare Contest c/o Paradigm, 175 Bloor Street East #1202S, Toronto ON M4W 3R8. Each Mail-in Entry submission must be handwritten, not mechanically reproduced). To be eligible for the Prize Draw (see below) each Mail-in Entry must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received by the Sponsor at the above address by no later than May 22, 2026.
There is a limit of one (1) entry, per eligible entrant, per day, during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry.
The Contest Parties, the retail entities owning or operating any of the Participating Locations, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any incomplete, incorrect, late, garbled, or incompatible information entered or provided by any entrant or purported entrant (all of which is void). The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) of the Sponsor.
All entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in, and receive a prize in, this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of an entry and/or other information for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
MOBILE ENTRY: Message and data rates (and perhaps other charges) may apply to use of mobile device for Contest entry. You may be charged by your wireless carrier if participating in the Contest via mobile device. It is therefore recommended that you consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan BEFORE participating in the Contest via mobile device. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

ENTRY SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the interpretation of these Rules by the Sponsor, and further warrants and represents that all information in, and other contents of, the entrant’s Contest photo and post (collectively, the entrant’s “Submission”):
• is original to such entrant and that the entrant has all necessary rights in and to the Submission to enter the Contest (DO NOT use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to generate text, photos, images or other content in your submission);
• does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
• complies in all respects with the Instagram terms of use and platform policies
• does not contain any reference to or likeness of any identifiable third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals (and their parent/legal guardian if they are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence);
• will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party, or give rise to any claims for payment whatsoever;
• does not contain irrelevant material in response to the Contest;
• is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following: nudity; drug consumption or smoking; sexual activity, or sexual innuendo; crude, vulgar or offensive language or behaviour; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other groups (including, without limitation, any competitors of Sponsor); content that endorses, condones, depicts and/or discusses any illegal, inappropriate or risky behaviour or conduct; personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic); commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of Sponsor; conduct or other activities in violation of these Rules; and/or any other content that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES: By entering the Contest and submitting an entry, each entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsor, in perpetuity, a world-wide, non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use the entrant’s entry and Submission, in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the
Contest or for any other reason; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to such entrant’s entry and Submission in favour of the Sponsor; and (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-
mark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action. For greater certainty, the Sponsor or its promotional agency or designated content moderator (the “Reviewer”) reserves the right to screen all entries and Submissions and further reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, edit or remove any entry or Submission, or to request an entrant to modify, edit or re-submit any entry or Submission, if: (i) a complaint is received with respect to the entry or Submission; (ii) the Sponsor
determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the entry or Submission is not in full compliance with these Rules, or (iii) for any other reason in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. If any such action is necessary at any point during or after the Contest, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take whatever action it deems necessary based on the circumstances – including, without limitation, disqualifying an entry and Submission (and therefore the associated entrant) – to help ensure that the Contest is being conducted in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of
these Rules.
5. THE PRIZE DRAW:
A random draw (the “Prize Draw”) will take place at Toronto at or about 11:00 a.m. ET on May 25, 2026, to select a total of twenty-five (25) potential prize winners from among all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.
6. THE PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING:
There are a total of twenty-five (25) prizes available to be won in the Contest, each Prize consisting of one (1) CAD $50 grocery retailer digital gift card.
Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning a Prize in the Contest depend on the number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Rules.
General Prize Conditions:
Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or assignable or (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). Gift cards are subject to all issuer terms and conditions thereof. No substitutions are permitted, except as Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the
right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Prize with an item or items of equal or greater approximate retail value, including without limitation, but at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award.
If due to a printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, more Prizes are claimed than as stated to be awarded according to these Rules, then, in addition to having the right to terminate the Contest immediately, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to rescind invalid
Prize claims and/or to hold a random draw after the end of the Contest Period from amongst all eligible Prize claimants to award the remaining number of advertised Prizes in question. In no event and under no circumstances will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number and value of Prizes in these Rules.
None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that the winner may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsor or any of the other Released Parties should such winner’s Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory, for any reason whatsoever. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, by accepting a Prize, a confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties if the Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
7. WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:
The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the eligible winner (using the information available to the Sponsor) via private message on Instagram within twenty-four (24) hours of selection as an eligible winner. If an eligible winner cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours of the Sponsor’s first attempted contact, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable and/or if any correspondence is not responded to, then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the
Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible winner in accordance with the applicable procedures as outlined in these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions
of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).
NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS SUCH PERSON AS THE WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES, EVEN IF SUCH PERSON IS ANNOUNCED AS THE WINNER OR AN ELIGIBLE WINNER.
BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, the potential Prize winner must: (a) first correctly answer, without mechanical or other aid and within forty-eight (48) hours of the question being presented to the entrant by the Sponsor or its representatives (which may be by way of email, telephone or
otherwise, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) the Sponsor’s required form of mathematical skill-testing question; and (b) sign and return to the Sponsor (or as it may in its sole and absolute discretion direct), within the time specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among
other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, the entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and
(iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of the entrant’s name, province/territory/city of residence, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or
compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. If an eligible winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the required time; (b) fails to sign and return the properly-executed Contest
documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize as awarded for any reason; or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then such potential Prize winner may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the
Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize).
Confirmed winners may, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be announced via the Sponsor’s Instagram Story.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal.
ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME.
The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) the failure of any entry, Submission and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason; and/or (ii) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual that it deems to be in violation of the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse participation by any person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). In its sole and absolute determination, the Sponsor may disqualify any person who acts in any manner to threaten
or abuse or harass any person.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including,
without limitation, any error(s), problem(s), tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure(s) of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and
should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in
the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.
By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor and its agents and/or representatives who are involved in assisting the Sponsor with the Contest (the “Authorized Parties”) storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted by the entrant in connection with this Contest,
for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at kiddicarebaby.ca/policies/privacy-policy. This paragraph does not limit any other consent(s) that an
individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of that individual’s personal information.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or time frames stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary deemed necessary by the Sponsor, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, for purposes of verifying any other information
relevant to the proper administration of the Contest, or as a result of any problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.
Winner agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of winner’s name, city and province of residence, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet, including without limitation on social media.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited, to point of sale, television, print or online advertising, any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by an
employee of the Sponsor or any of its dealer members; the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Sponsor or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of
Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
Instagram Disclaimer: This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By using Instagram, entrants submit to all applicable Instagram terms of use and policies. You understand that you are providing your information in connection with this Contest to the Authorized Parties and not to Instagram. The information you provide will only be used to administer the Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Instagram is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
